When was the
last time you read any of the Mission Statements
of Toastmasters?
The Division A Governor
asked me to "plant" a couple of
special characters in each of these statements
(ones you would not expect to find in printed
versions of these statements). If you find them
and tell him in person, at a meeting, exactly
what you found and how many of them you found...
well, who knows what you might receive?
P.S. Don't tell anyone else you found them -
make's it too easy for them!
As at Feb
15th, only ONE person has found ALL the special
characters.
Five people have found 2 of them - there are 3!

Mission 0f The District
The
mission of the district is to enhance
the performance and extend the network
of clubs, thereby offering greater
numbers of people the opportunity to
benefit from the Toastmasters
educational program by: Focusing on the
critical success factors as specified by
the district educational and membership
goals. Ėnsuring that each club
effectively fulfills its
responsibilities to its members.
Providing effective training and
leadership development opportunities for
club and district officers. |

The
mission of a Toastmasters Ēlub is to
provide a mutually supportive and
positive learning environment in which
every member has the opportunity to
develop communication and leadership
skills, which in turn foster
self-confidence and personįl growth. |
